The following Terms & Conditions must be read and agreed to by Students and Parents before enrollment in QuranLink Communication:
Free Trial Classes:
We are confident you’ll love our service, which is why we offer 3 free trial classes within a week.
After the trial period, you can continue by paying the monthly fee in advance.
Makeup Classes:
Makeup classes will be provided only with prior notice.
Without advance notice, makeup classes will not be offered.
Students are expected to be punctual and regular in their classes.
Makeup classes will only be granted under special circumstances and with prior intimation.
If you are unable to attend a class, inform us via Email, WhatsApp, or our Support Team at least 1 day in advance to reschedule.
Reports:
Parents will receive monthly progress reports, offering insights into their child’s learning journey.
Fees Payment:
Fees are charged in advance on a monthly basis, not per lesson.
Payment must be made within 10 days of invoice generation. Otherwise, a late fee will be charged.
Fees cover teacher salaries, technical infrastructure, and operational costs.
Payments can be made via Visa/MasterCard, PayPal, Western Union, Bank Transfer, or any mutually agreed method. If none of these work, kindly notify us.
Discounts:
Discounts are available for advance payments for quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly billing cycles.
If payment is not made within 10 days, any discount will be revoked, and a 10% late payment fee will apply.
Fees will not be reduced for absences unless prior notice is provided.
QuranLink Communication reserves the right to suspend classes if invoices remain unpaid after 10 days.
Note: Card Payments may appear under our official payment gateway or parent entity.
Important Notes:
Fees are monthly, not per class or lesson.
A 5.5% tax/transaction charge applies to the total monthly fee.
Missed classes without prior notice will not be refunded or adjusted.
Classes will be paused if fees are overdue beyond 10 days.
All classes are conducted online by international tutors.
Leaves:
Leave requests must be submitted at least 1 week in advance.
To reserve your class slot during leave, 50% of the monthly fee will be charged. If the slot is not reserved, your tutor may be reassigned when you return.
Annual Fee Adjustment:
A $2.25 annual fee increase per student will be applied every January, in consideration of tutor salary appraisals and rising operational costs.
Cancellation:
To cancel your classes, you must notify us 15 days in advance via email at support@quranlinkcommunication.com or through our official WhatsApp/Chat platform.
Failure to provide notice may result in continued invoicing until cancellation is confirmed.
Public Holidays:
Our institute will remain closed on the following public holidays:
4 days for Eid-ul-Fitr
4 days for Eid-ul-Adha
1st May (Labor Day)
